Girl boss. Fashion and social media authority. Wife to Nick. Mum to Milla, Archie and Raff.

Introducing our Mother’s Day ambassador, the one and only Erin Maxwell of Love Shop Share.

Known for her monochromatic ways, timeless and effortless style and oh-so-chic wardrobe, Erin is at the forefront of the Melbourne scene – a regular at runways, the races and of course, the footy.

There’s simply no-one better to help guide you through your Mother’s Day shopping, so we’ve enlisted Erin to curate a wish list of all her favourites at St. Collins Lane. Here are all the things she’s loving this season:

“Even though hand-made love notes, loom bracelets and ‘special’ footy cards are forever enough, there’s nothing like a surprise – like a blazer you’ve wanted all season, a top-up of your signature scent or a gem that you can wear forever. I selected my favourite pieces and captured how they would seamlessly blend into my life – I would be over the moon if I woke up to any of these presents on Mother’s Day!”

Checked blazer and staple denim

I live in my denim and blazers so I couldn’t look past this checked blazer from Maje and classic blue jeans from Zadig and Voltaire. I can see both pieces living in my wardrobe for years to come.

Who knew a red and white stripe shirt would tick my boxes? The fabric, cut, pleating and Sandro experience sold me in a second. I couldn’t help being swayed by the delicate silk blouse with hearts at The Kooples either.

White shirt and gold hoop earrings

I’m all for the classics, and there’s nothing more timeless than this gorgeous Victorian blouse from Maje and gold hoop earrings from Les Nereides – the perfect look for a night out without the kids. The statement earring has made a comeback and these hoops are beautifully feminine in detail whilst maintaining a cool hardware look.

Signature scent and makeup

If there are two brands I always have in my makeup bag, it’s Tom Ford and Bobbi Brown. The Black Orchid perfume is an old favourite, but I’m loving the Orchid Soleil version at the moment. This Bobbi Brown foundation is one of my holy grail products as it completes my “no-makeup makeup” school pickup routine.

(Left to right) Tom Ford Orchid Soleil Eau De Parfum and ultra-rich lip colours, Bobbi Brown skin foundation in SPF 15, luxe lip colour and brush set, all from Debenhams, located on Ground Floor and Lower Ground.

Australian family owned Cerrone has been a favourite for years, and I love that their design team can help you create bespoke pieces, leaving you with a one-of-a-kind gem.

Handbag and wallet

At Coach, I loved the whole experience from customised bag tags to a cleaning service on your bag every few months, leather treatment, and walls of leather goodness. The saffron suede lined overnighter with navy leather detailing and exposed stitching and a pale pink wallet called my name.

Sandro has always been a must-stop for me whenever I visit Europe and that’s still the case now they’re in Melbourne. This slogan sweater is a must-have for a weekend at the park with the family, paired with dark denim jeans.
