Healthy eating at lunchtime just got easier with the opening of Café Augusta in the Food Hall on Level 2! With a wide variety of delicious salads to choose from, here are some of their most popular dishes.

A salmon lovers delight

A modern take on the classic salmon salad, the pan-seared salmon with organic spinach, blanched green beans, roasted sweet potato, cherry tomatoes, chia and linseed crackers, avocado and spiced broccolini topped with a honey mustard dressing is packed full of flavour.

If you are looking for a little more spice, try the burrito bowl for a more filling lunch option. It features melt-in-your-mouth pulled beef brisket, fresh tomatoes, jalapeno onion salsa, black beans, avocado and crunchy tortilla chips.

For the Poke fans, you will be dreaming of Café Augusta’s spin on the Japanese/Hawaiian classic with raw miso salmon, brown rice, pickled ginger, roasted sweet potato, seaweed salad, tempura kale, edamame, Asian slaw and a soft-boiled egg mixed with a miso teriyaki dressing.
