Burger lovers unite as Neil Perry gets set to launch Melbourne’s first Burger Project at St Collins Lane, following success of his mouth-watering concept in Sydney.
Neil’s love affair with the burger started at an early age where he began eating his favourite local burgers and has since travelled the world in an attempt to uncover the secret to creating the world’s best burger.
“Following the success of Rockpool’s Wagyu Burger, we wanted to take the concept of gourmet burgers to the people, always ensuring the best quality ingredients in each burger,” says Neil.
What sets Burger Project aside from other burger eateries is the quality, which is achieved by using the country’s best fresh produce resulting in the purest burger patty in Australia, seasoned only with a hint of salt.
Fine dining is an exceptional place to be, and we love what we do with our restaurants, but Burger Project is so much fun. Our first Melbourne store in St Collins Lane will be a place where people can relax, not take themselves too seriously and enjoy a delicious, quality meal.
