Recreating the unique style of ‘Old Shanghai’ décor, New Shanghai offers a range of quality dishes that showcase a true representation of what authentic Shanghai cuisine is all about. The chefs have created a Chinese-style tapas menu serving up signature baos, pan-fried pork buns, handmade dumplings, and dim sum alongside all of your New Shanghai favourites like bubbling hot pots and their signature Xiao Long Bao.
When visiting New Shanghai at St. Collins Lane, a must-try is the Xiao Long Bao, undoubtedly their most popular dish! The New Shanghai team serve up over five million of these delicious, soupy delicacies across the country every year which equates to about 30,000 pieces a day.
